• I grew up in Pepperell, Massachusetts near the New Hampshire border. When I was eight, my family moved to Spain for a school year, where I was immersed in Spanish food, art, and culture. It's a shame that while I learned about Dali and garlic, I skipped learning about cursive. Somehow I have survived this far.

  • Back in the United States, we moved to beautiful Sarasota Florida in the sweltering August summer of 1996--in a mini van with no airconditioning. But our house was two blocks from the beach and every evening after school my dad and I would be swimming in the ocean, getting very used to our new Florida home.

  • From seventh to twelth grade I attended Pine View School. Halfway through Junior year, I knew that I wanted to learn Computer Animation as a career. The seed had been planted in my mind a long time ago when I saw Pixar’s Toy Story for the first time. I remember being blown out of my fifth grade socks when I saw that movie. I switched from Band to Computers. And during Junior year, I mustered my skills and started taking art classes--drawing and sketching all over the place so I could get in to Ringling School of Art and Design (which happened to be in my new hometown, Sarasota).

  • I graduated in May, 2007 from Ringling School of Art and Design with a BFA in Computer Animation. I currently work at Apple Inc. as a 3D Artist for the iPod Games division.
